In the first 10 months of this year, we remedied the consequences of the global economic crisis with two packages of measures worth 760 million euros, says SDSM spokesman Darko Kaevski.

The results are already visible, in difficult conditions we managed to provide enough food, electricity, energy, support citizens, companies and save the Macedonian economy, he pointed out.

According to Kaevsli, there is still a lot of work, but "based on the economic parameters and results, we can say that 2023 will be a year of economic upheaval and new hope".

Kaevski pointed out that one of the instruments for achieving that goal is the Budget for 2023, which combines anti-crisis measures with development policies.

The Budget for 2023 foresees additional funds for the payment of salaries and pensions, i.e. next year we will again have an increase in the minimum wage and pensions according to the new methodology, says the MP from SDSM.

As the SDSM spokesperson emphasized, 800 million euros are planned for capital projects, these are funds for direct investment in local economic development and the domestic economy.
