After the drone attack on Moscow this morning, the leader of Chechnya and one of the main commanders in the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Ramzan Kadyrov, wrote on "Telegram" that a state of emergency should be declared in Russia.

"I think it is necessary to declare a state of emergency in Russia and to use all combat means intended for this purpose in order to clean up this entire terrorist cell at once. "I believe that the terms 'Ukrainian army and Ukrainian politicians' should be used, but instead, only terrorists," Kadyrov wrote, according to Russian state agency RIA Novosti.

The Ministry of Defense of Russia previously announced that today Ukraine carried out a terrorist attack with drones on objects in Moscow.

A statement from the Russian Ministry stated that the attack was carried out by eight drones, five of which were shot down by the air defense artillery system in the Moscow region, while three drones were electronically neutralized and diverted from the path to the programmed targets.
