All full-time students enrolled for the first time in the academic year 2021/2022 at one of the state faculties in Skopje have the right to use a student annual ticket for free use of public transport. The procedure for issuing the ticket is performed in the personalization centers of JSP Skopje. The student annual ticket for free transportation is valid for an unlimited number of rides for all lines (urban and suburban), but not for transportation at night.

JSP Skopje informs that it is necessary to have a personal presence of the student who should submit a certificate for full-time student issued by the home faculty, ID card and index of insight and 200 denars, one-time fee for making a personalized card "Skopska".

While freshmen, the ticket is automatically valid until the end of the next calendar year. The remaining students, in order to continue the validity of the ticket for 2022, should submit a certificate for a full-time student not older than one month and submit an index with an enrolled winter semester.

JSP Skopje points out that all full-time students at the state faculties in Skopje up to undergraduate studies have the right to use the ticket, without age restriction.

They remind that only "Skopska" with the appropriate ticket is the only valid document for free use of public transport by students who meet the requirements for a student annual ticket. Index, certificate for full-time student, etc. are not recognized.
