The leader of the new party in the newly elected National Assembly - "Bulgarian Rise" and former Acting Prime Minister Stefan Janev commented for Nova TV that an asymmetric solution should be sought in this fragmented parliament with seven parties.

According to Janev, such a solution could be the creation of a "super-minority" government. This government would be composed of small parties supported by other parliamentary parties with a coalition agreement, which do not participate directly in it, but support it in the National Assembly.

- Everything is possible, said Stefan Janev. "Bulgarian Rise" can accept any kind of coalition that is in the interest of Bulgarian citizens and is based on priorities and clear rules and relationships, Janev added. This is how he answered a question about whether he will form a coalition with GERB.

Janev first used the word war in connection with the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Because of his reluctance to call the Russian invasion of Ukraine on February 24, former Prime Minister Kiril Petkov was forced to fire Janev as Defense Minister and replace him with the Bulgarian ambassador to NATO, Dragomir Zakov. Janev said that since there was a mobilization in Ukraine, then there was also a war in Ukraine.
