Danela Arsovska annulled the announcement with which 20 new firefighters were to be employed in the Fire Protection Brigade of the City of Skopje. This attitude of the destructive Arsovska is against the interests of the citizens of the City of Skopje and to the detriment of the Fire Protection Brigade, says Ljubica Janceva, coordinator of the advisory group of SDSM in the Council of the City of Skopje.

According to her, the lack of firefighters in the City of Skopje is obvious, in addition, the jobs are vacated with regular retirement.

-But obviously it does not matter to Arsovska, who due to personal whims cancels a public announcement which was at the end of the procedures and which was supposed to employ 20 new firefighters. In the past four years the City of Skopje, led by Petre Shilegov and SDSM, seriously invested in improving the working conditions of firefighters. The salary of firefighters increased by 20%, and investments were made in new modern equipment for greater protection and more efficient work of firefighters, says the councilor.
