Israeli forces detained 3.100 Palestinians in May, most of them Israeli nationals, according to a joint report by the Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO) Committee for Prisoners and Palestinian Authorities.
Israeli forces reportedly detained 3.100 Palestinians last month, including 42 women and 471 children. The report said 2.000 of those people had been detained in Palestinian cities in Israel and 1.100 in occupied East Jerusalem and the occupied West Bank.
Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip last month killed 256 Palestinians, including 66 children. Thirteen people were killed in Israel, including two children.
