A fire broke out in an energy plant in Belgorod, the local governor claims

The governor of Russian Belgorod announced that a fire broke out in an energy plant in that region. Vyacheslav Gladkov, the governor of Belgorod, claimed the fire was caused by a bomb dropped by a drone.

He claims that no one was injured in the attack, and the building was not damaged.

Pro-Ukrainian forces made up of Russian rebels have been carrying out sabotage actions in Belgorod for days.
