Ivanovska: The law on the origin of the property is necessary

It is necessary the law on the origin of property, which will require information for every citizen to prove where his property comes from, on the basis of what he acquired it, whether it is an inheritance, whether he bought it, someone gave it to him or whatever. The Council of Europe supports us, provided us with a consultant with whom we will start the process of preparation of this law, it is the number one necessary law in the country, said at today's press conference the President of the Anti-Corruption Commission, Biljana Ivanovska.

Regarding the car of the former Secretary General of the Government Dragi Rashkovski, Ivanovska said that he would be reported to the Financial Police if he showed an unrealistic questionnaire.

- If we find a difference between the property that is shown and the monthly income that it has, such is our law, then we go one step further to examine the property and then other institutions are involved, such as the Financial Police. They have special research methods and they will prove it, said Ivanovska
