Research reveals: Members of the Zet generation who became parents have better sex compared to other couples
The new research showed that people who become parents in their early twenties have much better sex than other couples.
"Gen Z parents absolutely dominate the bedroom, leaving their childless peers in the shadows," said Cassie Bruno, one of the study's authors.
She surveyed more than 5.000 millennials and members of Generation Zet in the United States.
Generation Zet includes people born from the mid-1990s to the early 2010s. Generation Epsilon (millennials) includes those born from the early 1980s to the mid-1990s.
"As many as 79 percent of Generation Zet parents said they had truly phenomenal sex in the last three months." On the other hand, 45 percent of members of the same generation who do not have children do not have sex at all, and even millennial parents are lagging behind," she said.
However, researchers say that good sex is not just a benefit of youth. People with families feel more stable and secure in their personal lives, which makes sex a superior experience.
"Contrary to popular belief that kids kill romance, Generation Zet parents are turning things around. "They feel that their relationships are actually strengthened by the presence of their children," the researchers concluded.
