Marilyn Monroe Interview 1952: She Revealed What She Eats for Breakfast and Dinner, and She Maintained Her Sexy Figure in an Interesting Way

Her interview that she gave for "Pagenet", where she discussed eating habits, and which "revived" the British again Vogue. She said that before her morning shower she prepares breakfast, which surprised many.
"Every night, I break two raw eggs into milk, beat them with a fork and drink them while I get dressed," Marilyn said then, and here's what she chose for dinner.
– Every night I go to the market near my hotel and buy steak, lamb chops or liver, which I bake in an electric oven in my room. I usually eat four or five fresh carrots. I never get bored of fresh carrots - said Marilyn.
When it comes to physical activity, Marilyn Monroe took a practical approach to staying in shape and had her own simple routine:
- I have never overloaded myself with exercises. Now I spend at least 10 minutes every morning working out with light weights. I have developed my own exercises for the muscles I want to keep strong. It's the simple chest-toning routine that consists of lifting weights from a position with arms outstretched to a point directly above my head. Do this 15 times, slowly. I repeat the exercise 15 times from the position with my hands above my head. Then, with my arms at a 45-degree angle to the floor, I move the weights in a circle until I tire. I couldn't bear an exercise if I had to feel hurt because of it - Marilyn told "Pagenet" at the time.
