We continue to promote our sports talents to which we should pay attention, to invest in them, they develop sports, they successfully step towards new challenges and through which with their faith and hope they try to bring us new joys.

Promising sport in Macedonia, taekwondo, we know that Dejan Georgievski delights the Macedonian nation last year by winning a silver medal at the Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan. Dejan, who is 22 years old, announced that in 2024 he will chase gold in Paris.

Young people in particular are showing great interest in this Korean martial art and are already showing great results with their efforts and hard work.

Among them is and Frosina Rajkovska who trains in the taekwondo club "Butel", and its coaches are Borce and Darko Kostovski, yes, the same coaches who were with Dejan and in Tokyo.

In December last year Taekwondo Club "Butel" announced that it won 12 medals at the strong international tournament "Hawk OPEN" in Croatia, seven gold, three silver and two bronze medals. Rajkovska won gold in the -46 kg category in the junior competition.

How did your love for taekwondo start, what was the reason for you to be part of this sport?

- At first I was not familiar with this sport. For a long time, my uncle persuaded me and my brother to enroll in taekwondo.

In which club and where do you hold trainings?

- I train in the Taekwondo club "Butel", in the school hall of St. "Clement of Ohrid".

In which category do you currently play, how many times a day do you train and who are your coaches?

- So far I have competed in A-42 juniors, but this year I start in A-46 kg. We usually train once a day, and more often before the matches. My coaches are Borce and Darko Kostovski.

Won a gold medal at the Hawk OPEN tournament in Croatia, how strong was the competition?

- The competition was great because the national teams from Croatia are one of the best in Europe.

What are your favorite successes so far on the domestic and international scene?

- My favorite success is winning the gold medal from the Sofia Open and the Balkan medals.

Do you believe that there is interest in Macedonia for taekwondo, we saw how Dejan Georgievski makes the country happy with the silver medal at the Olympic Games, can this sport bring us many more successes?

- After this, the winning of the silver medal at the Summer Olympic Games by Dejan Georgievski, I personally think that the interest of the younger children has risen to a higher level.

What does your ordinary day look like, do you do recreational sports?

- Most often I know how to go out and play football.

What does it take for a taekwondo fighter, an athlete in general, to believe in a good result?

- First of all, believe in God and listen and believe in the coaches.

What do you wish to be achieved in 2022, what are your sincere wishes?

- To take a medal from the match in February in Albania and a good result at U21.
