The 2022/2023 season will not be remembered fondly for Italian football, which had three representatives in the finals this season in all European club competitions.

First in the final of Conference League the team of Fiorentina lost with a score of 2:1 from the English West Ham.

Then, Roma led by coach Jose Mourinho in the final of Europa League lost on penalties from Sevilla with 4:1, after the regular 90 minutes and extra time it was 1:1.

And Inter failed in the Champions League to win the fourth title after being defeated by Manchester City 1:0 in Istanbul.
