The identification of the victims in the bus accident will end tomorrow, on Friday the remains will be transferred to the country
According to the announcements of the Bulgarian Prosecutor's Office, the identification of the bodies of the 45 victims in the traffic accident last Tuesday on the highway "Struma" should be completed by tomorrow, after which preparations will begin to bring them to the country, government spokesmen said today at the regular press conference.
- The remains will be brought on Friday and through an organized state protocol will be handed over to the families in their homes. This is information we have, we will provide additional information tomorrow, said spokesman Muamet Hoxha, answering a journalist question.
The Minister of Health Venko Filipce previously stated at a press conference that intensive work is being done today or tomorrow to complete the DNA analysis of the deceased in the bus accident, after which the transport of their remains to the country will be organized.
- It is done by our colleagues in Bulgaria, our colleagues here from the Institute of Forensic Medicine are in daily communication with them. That is something that should be completed today or tomorrow, after which the transport of the bodies of the deceased will be organized, said Filipce.
