Hristovski chosen as an assistant - he should resign from ANB if he wants to work at the Faculty
The director of the National Security Agency, Bojan Hristovski, was elected as an assistant in the scientific field of Forensic Sciences last night at a session of the Teaching - Scientific Council, the Faculty of Security confirmed to "Free Press".
- I am informing you that at the session of the Educational Science Council held at 19:XNUMX p.m., the director of the National Security Agency, Mr. Bojan Hristovski, was elected to the associate title of assistant in the scientific field of Forensic Sciences, according to the official answer.
Yesterday's session was scheduled for 12:19 p.m., but the Council members were unable to secure a quorum, so they rescheduled it for XNUMX:XNUMX p.m.
Considering that the selection in title means employment at the Faculty, if Hristovski wants to be an assistant, he will have to resign from the National Security Agency. According to our information, there is a legal deadline by which employment should be implemented.
The government appointed Hristovski as the director of the ANB on October 16, and since then the reactions about his appointment and whether he meets the conditions to lead the ANB have not stopped. The most controversial was his TOEFL English language certificate issued by the language center "Julia" from Plovdiv, which was revealed to the public as not existing and not being taken. Two directors were sentenced to suspended sentences for the same forged certificate.
The DKSK revealed to "Sloboden Pechat" that seven more reports were submitted in addition to the initial report.
- In relation to the case of the director of the National Security Agency, Bojan Hristovski, seven more reports have been submitted to the State Commission for the Prevention of Corruption. Requests have been submitted for the collection of the necessary documentation for determining the factual situation, for which the legal deadlines for submitting it are still running. After determining the factual situation, the SCSC will make a decision in a public session and will publish it on the SCSC website, the SCSC told "Sloboden Pechat".
