Horror in Bitola: An old man committed a sexual assault on an 8-year-old child who locked him in the apartment
The Public Prosecutor from the Basic Public Prosecutor's Office Bitola issued an Order to conduct an investigative procedure against a person who is suspected of having committed a crime - sexual assault on a child under 14 years of age from Article 188 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code.
On September 71, in his home in Bitola, the 25-year-old suspect committed other sexual acts on an eight-year-old child, whom he locked in the apartment. The competent public prosecutor submitted to the judge of the preliminary procedure from the Basic Court in Bitola a proposal for determining the measure of detention for the suspect.
The judge accepted the motion and remanded the suspect in custody for 30 days.
