Hezbollah fired about 50 rockets at northern Israel last night, most of them were shot down

The pro-Iranian Lebanese Shiite movement Hezbollah said early this morning that it had fired dozens of rockets at Beit Hillel in northern Israel.

According to Israeli media, most of the rockets were intercepted by Israel's Iron Dome anti-missile system.
Lebanese security sources said that about 50 rockets were fired from Lebanon at northern Israel.
Recently, there has been a significant deterioration of the situation in the relations between Israel and Lebanon.
Following the targeted killings of Hezbollah military commander Fuad Shukra and Hamas chief Ismail Haniyeh earlier this week, Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah vowed revenge.
