The famous singer of folk music Halid Beslic (68), ended up in hospital, the portal finds out "Avaz".

The legendary Bosnian musician had a stent implanted in "Heart Center" Sarajevo. This information for the "Avaz" portal was confirmed by Khalid's wife, Sejda.

- It's good, it feels great, as if there was nothing. He is coming home tomorrow - said Sejda Beslic for "Avaz".

As "Avaz" has learned, the operation was performed by the director of the Heart Center and his colleague, a top cardiologist.

Halid Beslic was seriously injured in a car accident near Sarajevo in 2009, when he ran off the road in a car. Beslic, who was not wearing a belt, had several injuries to his face and right eye. Attempts have been made at many hospitals in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Turkey and Belgium to save his right eye, but to no avail.
