Local media reports that Paltrow and her family members will appear at the hearing and that the actress will testify.
Sanderson is now seeking $300.000 in damages after an earlier request for $3,1 million was rejected.
He previously explained that he only filed the lawsuit after three years because he had problems with lawyers and because he could not function normally due to a concussion.

Paltrow later filed a countersuit, claiming Sanderson hit her at the ski resort.
The actress also said that she was so shaken by the collision on the ski slope that she stopped skiing with her family that day. She added that Sanderson apologized to her and said he was fine.
