Guterres on the conflict in Syria: All parties are obliged to protect civilians
United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said tens of thousands of civilians in Syria are at risk.
"Let those who have influence give what is asked of them for the people of Syria," Guterres said.
He called for immediate access to humanitarian aid for all civilians.
"All parties to the conflict are obliged to protect civilians," Guterres reminded.
