DUI will respect the intra-party decision of SDSM to elect a new president who has been announced to be elected on December 12. The First Deputy Prime Minister, Artan Grubi, stated today that this is their internal party issue that they respect and stressed that he wishes them great success on December 12 in the intra-party elections for party leader.

- We will respect that decision and will certainly accept the verdict of all their members who will decide who will be their next leader on December 12. Regarding the resignation of the Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Northern Macedonia, we believe that it should be waited for. We have many important questions ahead of us in the coming months and we believe that together with Mr. Zaev at the head of that Government will have to complete all those processes, including sending a positive answer to all questions that are part of the dialogue with neighboring Bulgaria in order to pave the way for obtaining a date for the first intergovernmental conference and start negotiations for EU membership, said Grubi, who together with MEP Ilhan Kucuk visited the "Ismail Qemali" primary school.

Regarding the parliamentary majority, Grubi added, yesterday you saw the views of both SDSM and Alternative, and we have been saying that since the day when the Government interpellated, a vote of no confidence that the parliamentary majority is stable and will continue to do so. we demonstrated the best possible on the day when the vote was to take place in the Assembly.

- In fact, with that we convinced the citizens that the initiative of the opposition to overthrow this progressive parliamentary majority is unsuccessful and we expected that the other political parties that were part of that initiative to join the parliamentary majority and not become part of dark scenarios for our a country that expects to resolve the dispute with Bulgaria, stated Grubi.

We have, he pointed out, a very positive atmosphere, we talked about that with the MEP and we are ready to answer all those questions.

He also stressed that Zaev has direct contacts with Alternative and informs them.

- We have also had contacts with members of the party, our MPs meet with their MPs every day. As I said, everyone who loves the Euro-Atlantic Republic of Northern Macedonia in absolute relations with all neighbors and in excellent relations between the communities in our country are absolutely welcome. All those MPs who want such a development and progressive Macedonia are welcome because that is the only way we will improve the country, said Grubi.

He said it was not the time for crises. - Absolutely not a time for crises. It is time to roll up our sleeves and really deliver as we delivered NATO, as we delivered with the Prespa Agreement, so we deliver with the Good Neighbor Agreement. We also delivered the Ohrid Framework Agreement. Citizens do not have time to harass themselves from tragedy to uncertainty. There must be certainty in our country where and what will happen tomorrow, and that tomorrow is the only wish of all citizens to see our country in the EU, said Grubi

Among other things, he said that the parliamentary majority will stabilize, will be larger than it is now and will have to complete its mandate in 2024.

- Early elections may be discussed together with the presidential elections to be held in 2024 in April or May. We are ready to accept all those democratic forces in the Parliament that want, work and stand for the Euro-Atlantic Republic of Northern Macedonia. I think that should be the urge for someone to come to government or to accept someone to come to government. The program commitments, the positions are actually to serve the citizens and to find the best people, responsible people to deliver that part of the program that we will harmonize, said Grubi.
