The Deputy Prime Minister in charge of good governance policies, Slavica Grkovska, today he had a meeting with Gabriel Escobar, US Deputy Assistant Secretary of State and Special Representative for the Western Balkans.

Deputy Prime Minister Grkovska informed Escobar about the activities initiated by the Cabinet for good governance and everything that lies ahead in the direction of the fight against corruption, good governance and digitalization.

She emphasized that the strategic partnership with the USA for North Macedonia is of essential importance and expressed her gratitude for the support that the USA gives us, especially in the area of ​​dealing with corruption, as one of the most important priorities in building a democratic and economically strong society, wrote Grkovska on Facebook.

Escobar said that, in addition to the steps taken by the government to achieve the strategic goals of the state, as a member of NATO, it is also involved in supporting Ukraine from every aspect, both with donations and by taking care of refugees who are victims of Russian aggression.
