The mayor of Kisela Voda participated in a workshop on gender equality without any women
The mayor of Kisela Voda, Filip Temelkovski, on his Facebook page published that he participated today in an online workshop organized by the American National Democratic Institute (NDI) on gender equality.
"Gender equality and gender sensitive policies are part of the everyday life of the municipalities. "I thank #NDI #NDI for the invitation and the opportunity to participate in the workshop and share my thoughts but also to get acquainted with new international practices for the implementation of gender equality in the policies and activities of the municipality." wrote Temelkovski on Facebook.
But what is immediately noticeable from the photos published by the mayor, is that there is not a single woman among the participants in this workshop, which is strange to say the least.
"We must guarantee the implementation of gender sensitive policies and equal care for the implementation of gender sensitive activities and projects in the municipality. Every project and activity has a different impact on the well-being of men or women. "The care and support of gender equality is present in the activities of Kisela Voda." adds the mayor in the announcement.
