The Mayor Danela Arsovska met today with The Head of the French Delegation in Skopje, Ambassador Cyril Bomgartner and the Director of the Regional Office of the French Development Agency, Dominique Ortberg.

The meeting was also attended by Cooperation Attaché Julie Maraval and Camille Imbert, responsible for the Smart Cities project in the Regional Office of the French Development Agency.

The meeting discussed the challenges that await the City of Skopje and the priorities of the new city leadership in the next four years in order to create a better quality of life for citizens, but also to fulfill all projects provided in the program of the City of Skopje.

Arsovska emphasized that one of the most important projects planned for implementation in the next four years is the full digitalization of the City of Skopje, in order to quickly and efficiently solve the problems that affect citizens at the city level.

Ambassador Bomgartner wished successful work and expansion and deepening of the cooperation between the City of Skopje and the Embassy of France in Skopje. He added that they hope that the City of Skopje will continue to develop in order to become a cleaner and more environmentally friendly city, a city that offers better services and strives to grow into a digital city.
