The Council of the City of Skopje made a decision to establish a Commission for the Advancement of Patients' Rights, which consists of eleven members. A decision was also made to establish inter-municipal cooperation between the City of Skopje and the Municipality of Karposh for the reconstruction of the sports field at the "Lazar Tanev" Secondary School.

The rationale for the establishment of the Commission for the Advancement of Patients' Rights states that the members will consist of two patient representatives - members of patient associations, two representatives from associations that deal with human rights and civil initiatives, one representative from an association that deals with women's rights, one representative from associations for the protection of the rights of persons with disabilities, two doctors from the municipality and three members delegated by the Council of the City of Skopje.

The mandate of the members of the Commission will be two years, with the right to another subsequent election.

At the last Session of the Council of the City of Skopje, a decision was made to establish inter-municipal cooperation between the City of Skopje and the Municipality of Karpoš for the reconstruction of a sports field with the installation of a tartan surface in the Secondary School of the City of Skopje "Lazar Tanev".

The estimated value for this reconstruction is 1.951.672,80 including VAT, and the funds will be provided by the Budget of the City of Skopje for 2022.
