Vegetarian Chile
4 tablespoons olive oil

1 can Podravka pellets
2 cans Podravka red beans
1 teaspoon chili sauce
1 teaspoon Vegeta Maestro oregano
1 teaspoon Vegeta Maestro chili
1 tablespoon Vegeta Mastro smoked red pepper
1 chili paste
- Fry chopped onion and garlic in heated oil and add salt.
- Add the pellets and season with Vegeta maestro spices and leave to simmer for a few minutes.
- Add the red beans and finally add the chili paste.
- Wait a few more minutes for the ingredients to blend well.
Spiced chili with turkey and beef
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 yellow onion
1 carrots
1 green pepper
1/2 red pepper
1/2 kg Butterfly Ptuj turkey minced meat
300 g minced beef
juice of 1/2 lemon
2 teaspoons ground cumin
Fant for goulash and paprika
2 teaspoons Vegeta Maestro chili
1 bay leaf
1/2 teaspoon Vegeta Maestro smoked red pepper
1 black beer
1 can Podravka red beans
1 can Podravka pellets
50 ml Podravka ketchup
5-6 chopped dried tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
- Put the onion to fry and add the carrot cut into circles, and the peppers into small cubes and add salt and ground cumin
- Then add the minced meat and fry well until the meat is white
- Add lemon juice and Fant and other spices and let simmer for a few minutes
- Add the black beer, black beans and peels, cover and leave for about 40 minutes on low.
Sauce
1 avocado
1 tablespoon sour cream
Fresh coriander
Tortillas
Mash the avocado with a fork and add sour cream, add salt and finally sprinkle with chopped fresh coriander.
