Ready in 10 minutes: Make a simple cold cucumber soup and yogurt

Ingredients needed:

- 2 large cucumbers
- 400 ml of Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- fresh dill
- a little lemon juice
- salt and pepper

Preparation:

Finely chop or blend the cucumbers, mix them with the yogurt, add the olive oil, chopped dill, lemon juice and parsley. Season with salt and pepper, mix well and serve cold. You can also serve the soup in combination with smoked salmon. Cheers!
