The Basic Public Prosecutor's Office in Gostivar initiated a procedure against a 43-year-old man from Gostivar, for whom there is a reasonable suspicion that he committed the criminal offenses of Bodily Injury under Article 130 paragraph 2 in conjunction with paragraph 1 and Code.

The suspect started an argument on October 15, 2021, around 22:30 PM, in the home where he lived in a community with the injured parties, after which he attacked the injured parties and inflicted bodily injuries. He demanded money, but after his wife told him he was not there, he started slapping her.

He then demanded money from his daughter, but after they were not given to him, he went to get her mobile phone to sell it. When the daughter tried to call the police, the suspect took a knife from the kitchen and swung it at her, in which he was stopped by his wife. He continued with the intention, hitting his wife with a belt in the area of her back and left thigh, causing bodily injuries. The attack was prevented by their relative.

The suspect committed the crime of endangering security to the detriment of his daughter. He repeatedly texted her on her cell phone, threatening to hang her and slaughter her and her mother.

Because the committed crimes are against public order or morality, and especially because there are circumstances that justify the fear that the suspect will repeat the crime or that he will commit the crime he threatens, the Public Prosecutor submitted a Proposal for detention to the Basic Court Gostivar. for the suspect.
