"The external office for criminal affairs in Vinica filed a criminal complaint against J.R. from the village of Vrapcishte due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of the crime of "evasion". On 12.07.2022, the reported person rented a passenger vehicle "Volkswagen" from a legal entity from Vinica for a period of 19 days, and after the expiration of the agreed period, he did not return the passenger vehicle, thereby causing damage to the legal entity in the amount of 361.500 denars. the Ministry of the Interior announced in the daily bulletin.
