Today, in the seventh round of the First Macedonian Basketball League, the team of Gostivar as a host with a final result defeated TFT with 89:75.

After the equalized first half in which the guests won the first and the hosts the second quarter, in the sequel Gostivar was a far better rival. Reached the fifth triumph in seven rounds, as much as TFT.

A fairly even start was seen tonight in Gostivar, 10 minutes in which both teams changed the lead, but neither of them made a more serious advantage. In the end, the guests from Skopje had two points more (21:19).

Things turned out a little differently in the second period of the game. The one in which Gostivar, with the help of Vorku and Daley, finally managed to separate as a result. In two minutes they reached a very solid lead (47:42). In the continuation of the game, Gostivar reached a double-digit advantage. Before the end of the third quarter, the hosts had a plus 10 (66:56).

Vorku received help from the experienced Janeski, after whose points Gostivar was even closer to victory. There was the home team (71:60) at the start of the last section of the game in the "Mladost" hall. On the other side, the ex "Gostivar" Kostoski, Broadway and Nikolov parried. In the last quarter, the score was on the scoreboard for a long time (85:71). As a sign that Gostivar defended itself from the last attack of the guests from Skopje, and won. Finally and convincingly, for the fifth time in the season to keep in touch with the leading Pelister.

Vorku scored 22 points, Todorovic scored 20, Daily 16, and Efremovski and Siladzi 10 more for the home team. At TFT, Broadway had 19 points, Kostoski 13 (and six rebounds and assists each), Maslinko 11, and Nikolov 10 more baskets.
