The handball club Golden Art KL7 informs the general sports public that on 06.09.2021 (Monday) through its lawyer submitted a request to the Handball Federation of Macedonia (RFM) for suspension due to non-fulfillment of obligations under the contract for the following players:

Oleg Jordanov, Kristijan Simonoski, Bozidar Ilieski, Marko Stojkovic, Filip Krsteski, Martin Dimoski, Aleksandar Stojkov, Gjorgji Ermanoski, Emilian Gjorgovski and Nikola Cvetanoski.

In accordance with the signed agreements with the players listed above, the club, for its part, has paid all obligations to the players in terms of financial resources and has complied with all the conditions stipulated in the Agreements with them.

Although the club duly invited all players with valid contracts to join the team's preparations, none of them showed up for training and did not inform the club of their decision to leave, after which the club suspended the players.

The club also informs that a civil lawsuit has been initiated against all players who have not yet appeared in the club's preparations for this season, and protection has been requested from all relevant domestic and international sports authorities.

- If appropriate measures are not taken by RFM, and our request is not answered positively, the handball club Golden Art KL7 will challenge the results of the clubs for which the players for which suspension is requested and will consider the championship as irregular.

In the interest of the development of sports, and in the role of a sports club that since its establishment pursues a policy of investing in young Macedonian handball players who in the future will be made available to the national team and will defend the colors of Macedonia, we appeal to all relevant institutions. including the home federation, to respect the agreements and not to allow the registration and appearance of players with valid contracts - transmitted by RC Golden Art KL7.
