Today, on what would have been the day Betty White turned 100, Google honored the TV legend in a unique way.

When you type her name in the browser, rose petals flicker on the screen, along with a message that reads: "Thank you for being a friend". It is a tribute to her role as Rose Nilund in The Golden Girls, whose legendary theme includes the well-known and often-repeated line "Thank you for being a friend."
