Novak Djokovic today he reached the finals of the Australian Open after defeating the American in three sets Tommy Paul.

For Djokovic, this was a routine victory with a slight drop in concentration, but it still did not affect the final outcome. Novak thus reached his tenth Australian Open final.

Djokovic's opponent in the final on Sunday will be the Greek tennis player Stefanos Tsitsipas and it will be a battle for the throne of the ATP list.

Djokovic has so far collected 1200 points and with 6270 points he is second in the overall standings. With a triumph in the final, the Serbian tennis player would get another 800, which would make him jump Carlos Alcaraz.

At this moment Tsitsipas is in third place with 6195 points, so with a victory in the final he can also reach the top of the ATP list, which means that the Spaniard Alcaraz will certainly not be the leader of the ATP list from Monday.
