"When infrastructure is deliberately bombed, then you willingly accept children, old people and families freezing to death, dying of thirst and hunger," she added.

The head of German diplomacy is participating in a meeting of NATO foreign ministers in Bucharest, who will discuss how to strengthen joint support for Ukraine in view of the coming winter and the intensification of Russian attacks.
