The French proposal was voted on, not outvoted

e purely formal aspect – no one was outvoted in the Assembly, because when the vote was taken in the hall, no one was outvoted. Those from the parliamentary majority voted, and the "ethnic Macedonians" simply left.

The Macedonian public was and remains divided over the acceptance or non-acceptance of the French proposal, and will probably continue to do so. By the way, this division first started as an expert division, then soon after it was politically absorbed and as such was transposed into a party-political division and consequently reduced to a street division, after a large number of citizens marched on the boulevards and streets of the capital for several days. , ending with a protest before the Assembly of Macedonia.

And inside the parliamentary house, in the temple of democracy, instead of facing at least a minimum of arguments, a real simpleton debate took place at the lowest possible petty-bourgeois level, in which VMRO-DPMNE showered the parliamentary majority with such insults and curses that can only be heard in the lowest neighborhood births, among the social scum.

To wonder how these people will see each other from yesterday onwards.

Malinka Ristevska Yordanova's Instagram comment that the parliamentary majority "outvoted the ethnic Macedonians" for the French proposal and that "it calls into question the foundations of the Macedonian constitutional system and incites a long-term crisis" was really confusing.

Such a context of the use of these "ethnic" Macedonians has the direct intention of inaugurating the deputies of VMRO-DPMNE as "real" Macedonians, in contrast to some heterogeneous, parliamentary ethnic majority of a "lower" race, which in an undemocratic way outvoted the "over-Macedonians" and thereby threatened the Constitution and caused a long-term crisis.

First of all, the question arises: are there no Macedonians in "that" majority who are also "ethnic".

Second, if we are talking about the Constitution, it does not recognize such a category of citizens, neither in the Preamble, nor in the normative part.

Thirdly, until yesterday, this paradigm of "ethnic Macedonians" that was most often used by foreigners when they wanted to "recognize" us from Albanians and others, was offensive to us.

Now it suddenly takes on the context of something ethnically pure.

But that is not true either because among the "outvoted" there are also "others", besides "ethnic Macedonians".

And, finally, from a purely formal point of view – in the Assembly, no one was outvoted, because when the vote was taken in the hall, no one was outvoted. Those from the parliamentary majority voted, and the "ethnic Macedonians" simply left.

They didn't vote against either, as many outsiders expected they would.
