There is no greenery or infrastructure in this area, only mud, cracked concrete and a landfill, residents of Novo Maalo said in a written statement, after the investor previously announced that they are starting activities for the construction of the complex.

The statement also said that if there are any attempts for re-obstruction by any individuals, institutions or organizations to stop the project, they will react most strongly and, as they stressed, are ready to take all legal mechanisms and file lawsuits to the institutions. for damage suffered.

The investor MG FASHN previously announced that the construction of the first phase of the complex "Grand" in Skopje begins, planned for the construction of Construction Plot 1.1 within DUP C08 for Novo Maalo on the territory of the Municipality of Centar, and in accordance with the previously obtained approval for Building UP 1 No. 27-92 of 13 April 2021. The company informed that in this first phase begins the construction of the residential and business building which contains: three levels underground, ground floor plus twenty floors and attic.

Regarding the compensation, MG FASHION DOO Skopje reminds that "with the full realization of this project, the residents of Novo Maalo will finally feel the benefits of modern urban living in the capital through urban regeneration of this important space in the heart of Skopje."
