The American actor Johnny Depp (60) is going through a physical transformation as he approaches his 61st birthday.

In February of this year, Depp was spotted in Turin, Italy, where he directed his new film Modi about the life of the Italian painter and sculptor. Amadeo Modigliani. On that occasion, the actor had long hair, wore a hat and jacket with the face of the revolutionary Che Guevara.

Since then, he has significantly changed his appearance. On Monday, Depp attended the British premiere of the film Jeanne Du Barry, where he wore a skin-tight Dior suit, sported a short haircut and appeared to have shed some pounds.

Friends of the star revealed to the media that he has been living in London for some time and that the city suits him.

"He was living in the UK while editing 'Modi' and living a healthier lifestyle than in the past," the source said.

Depp plays Louis XV in "Jean du Barry" and speaks French in the film. The film premiered at the Cannes International Film Festival last May.

At the time, Depp criticized the narrative of his comeback. When asked if he felt "boycotted by Hollywood" after being accused of domestic violence by his ex-wife Amber Herd, he responded that her claims were "vowels and consonants floating in the air."

"I didn't come back from anywhere. I didn't go anywhere," he added.

In 2022, Depp won the lawsuit against Heard, and the court found that she had defamed him when she claimed she had been molested. A previous defamation lawsuit against The Sun newspaper, which called him a "woman beater", ended in defeat for Depp in 2020.
