Just a few days after his death, the rock legend Bora Djordjevic - Stew got a mural with his image in Jagodina thanks to the young artist from this city, Sava Mavarić, better known as SaskiArt, writes RTS.

Sava fulfilled his father's wish and painted one of the greatest rock legends in the region on the building. Together with the precisely drawn character of Boro, the title of his big hit - "Look at your angel's home" is written.

The creation of the mural took three days, or as Sava stated on his Instagram profile, exactly 22 working hours for a picture measuring two and a half meters by five and a half meters.

"Travel in peace, our Boro." We were very shaken by the news that you left us, especially my father, who already, you know, followed you everywhere... I am indescribably glad that I met you, it was in 2012 in Belgrade at the promotion of your new book (8th picture)... that's the only time I talked to you, took a picture…

I'm glad I grew up with your music, I'll keep listening to it as long as I live! Thanks for everything, artist!

As for the mural, I was looking to find a suitable image…and I found it, you and your microphone! perfect picture for the mural….as for the signature on the left side of the mural, it's the original signature of Bora Djordjevic (5th and 6th picture), my father has a whole notebook where he keeps all things related to 'Riblja' Chorba'...he collected it throughout his life, Bora even wrote a few songs for it himself...the right side of the mural is perhaps the title of Bora's most popular song 'Look at your own angel'...a nicely filled wall, everything in its place...this is my favorite mural I've done so far," he wrote on Instagram.
