Jovanka Jankoska Bobe, who is behind the blog, Facebook и instagram profile, is a true culinary creative – her recipes are a treat for both the eyes and the palate.

Bobe shares an interesting recipe today, which will delight all housewives, but also all fans of the unique taste of the favorite summer fruit - strawberry jam.

"Jam is part of the foundations of sweets that awaken the emotions of pleasure in the first place. "Strawberry jam has a wonderful aroma, a sweet-satin taste and a beautiful red color," says Bobe.


– 3 kilograms of strawberries
– 1 kilogram of sugar
- juice of half a lemon

Method of preparation:

Cleaned and washed strawberries are cut into small pieces. They are arranged in the pot in which they will be cooked: a row of strawberries, a row of sugar and left in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, so that the strawberries release their juice.

Pour the lemon juice over the strawberries.

Then they are boiled at a medium temperature until they boil, then the temperature is reduced and they are boiled until the jam thickens. In the course of cooking, foam is formed, which should be removed.

In order for the jam to be smooth, satiny, after it thickens, I blend more than half of it and leave a small part in the jam, then cook it for another 10 minutes on low heat.

The hot jam is poured into hot jars, then they are closed and inverted on the lid to exist for 15 minutes to create a vacuum.

Warning: Once you open a jar for use, it is stored in the refrigerator.
