  • 1 large beet, finely grated
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • . A cup of sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup buckwheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons flaxseed
  • XNUMX½XNUMX teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder (+ other spices to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons water


Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the lemon juice. Grind the sunflower to get flour and in a large bowl mix it together with the buckwheat flour, flax, salt and spices. Add the beets. In a separate bowl, mix the olive oil and water and gradually add to the mixture until you get a smooth non-stick dough. Roll the dough between two pieces of baking paper, cut it into the desired shape and bake for 15 minutes. Check them out, as they will print faster at the ends, so you can take them out and distribute the rest. (Baking time depends on each oven). Once printed, allow to cool before tasting.
