Miss Universe, the spectacular election for the most beautiful woman in the world this year is being held in New Orleans, and on January 14 we will find out which girl will be crowned the most beautiful in the world.

The representative of Ukraine, Victoria Apanasenko, has already attracted huge attention thanks to the national costume.

Victoria appeared in the pageant as the "Warrior of Light," and as she previously explained, her costume represents her nation's fight against the darkness – the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

"The 'Warrior of Light' costume symbolizes our nation's fight against darkness." Like Archangel Michael who defends Ukraine with a sword in hand, he protects us," Victoria wrote when she showed off her costume on social media.

In addition to the original styling, the model is also noted for her beauty, and many predict that she has a high chance of becoming Miss Universe 2023.

Victoria's costume consists of a black and gold jumpsuit over which she has a white dress, and she wears an unusual gold crown on her head. It evoked the symbolism of a warrior with a sword in his hands, as well as large wings in blue and yellow, which represent the colors of the Ukrainian flag.

This year Miss Universe was marked by a number of impressive national costumes:
