Minister of Foreign Affairs Bujar Osmani called the French president in a post on Facebook tonight Emmanuel Macron "prime minister of France", announcing the meetings within the global security forum "GlobSec" in Bratislava.
France has a presidential political system, in which the head of state is also the head of government, while the formal head of the Council of Ministers, the cabinet, has fewer powers and less political power.
She is the Prime Minister of France Elizabeth Bourne, which Macron appointed to the post last year.
