Ana Naumovska is a dedicated wife and mother of two children. She graduated from the Faculty of Administration and Management of Information Systems in Macedonia, and has been living in Australia for four years now.
From an early age, she wanted to cook as her mother and the other women in the family, because they were all, and still are, excellent cooks.
We ask her, who are the bigger housewives in the kitchen, Macedonian or Australian, and what do they usually cook?

- Definitely and without hesitation Macedonian women. Macedonian women here in Australia, as well as everywhere in the world, are excellent cooks and prepare our traditional Macedonian specialties with great passion. There is no celebration that abounds in our beautiful food, and the guests are always delighted. Australian women, on the other hand, cook faster and much simpler food than ours.

He says that they are widely known, and of course in Australia, the Macedonian ajvar, our dough specialties such as cabbage, smoothie, pitulici and muffins, the beautiful baked beans, stuffed peppers, meat specialties, as well as our wonderful cakes and pies that captivate with too rich a taste, and that seldom left anyone indifferent.
