Yesterday, the mountain lodge "Shiroka" or also known as the "Hunting House" on Pelister caught fire and burned completely, and today on the social networks were published photos on which it can be seen that the roof of the building is completely burned, of which only the walls remain .

These are photos published by the Bitola photographer Sasho Stavrev, convey Terra TV. The mountaineers asked for information about the fire from the Fire Service of Bitola, from where they replied that they have no report of any fire.

The mountain lodge is located at about 1940 m above sea level, along the macadam road that leads to the top of Pelister. Surrounded by beautiful nature, it is a great destination for short hiking and cycling excursions, or as a stopover for visitors whose final destination is the Big Lake or the top of Pelister.
