Newly released photos show Kate, who appeared to be alone, shopping for glasses at Finlay's in Notting Hill. While it's not clear what kind of glasses she bought, it is known that Kate owns a pair of the brand's Henrietta sunglasses, which she has worn in public on several occasions.
For the occasion, Kate dressed casually, wearing a black wool coat over dark gray trousers, chunky boots and, apparently, the same scarf she wore in her birthday portrait earlier this month. She also carried a Smithsonian Minnie Lytton bag, which she slung over her arm as she left the store.
Kate's appearance on the streets of Notting Hill came days after she made her first public engagement of 2025 at a London hospital, where she received chemotherapy last year and discovered her cancer was in remission.
"It's a relief that I'm in remission now and staying focused on recovery," she wrote in a personal message after a visit to the Royal Marsden Hospital.
