The American actress described in detail the alleged sexual and physical harassment she allegedly suffered from Depp.

She recalled an incident when Depp accused her of flirting with Matt Gala's wife.

"When we got home, he hit me in the face… I suspected he had broken my nose… I remember my nose was swollen, red," she testified. Hurd also spoke about the alleged second attack, claiming that her ex-husband had pushed her to the floor in a private jet.

"Sky News" also reports that Depp refused to sign a prenuptial agreement before the wedding in 2015, and then told Amber: "The only way out of this is - death."

"I felt like the happiest woman in the world when she proposed to me, gave me a ring with a huge diamond. But I started thinking about the prenuptial agreement mainly due to the fact that he was earning much more than me, I believed that signing a prenuptial agreement would at least dispel any doubts, but he did not want to hear about it either. "Johnny took that prenuptial agreement as an insult and said to me, 'Little girl, are you already planning to leave?'" Hurd told a court in Fairfax, Virginia.

The actress later testified about Depp's drug addiction - she claims that he took the pills he received on prescription while finishing the filming of "Black Mass" in 2015, after which he went to detox on his private island.

But while he was receiving medical treatment, he accused his ex-wife of bringing another man into the house.

- While filming in London, he drank and neglected work. On one occasion he had to take home his insurance as a baby… My career also suffered because of him - I stopped accepting roles with romantic scenes and only shot projects in which I wore minimal make-up - said Amber.

Footage was released before the court on Thursday in which, as Hurd claims, Depp is drunk and drugged.

After all, Hurd filmed her husband all the time during their marriage, and when asked why she filmed Depp, she claimed that all that time was "her word against the words of his employees" and therefore realized that she had to start photographing them. situations to have evidence. The first photo she showed, she claims, was taken on an island where they were vacationing. She claims that he was "normal" at the beginning of that summer, but that everything changed when he started hanging out with his friend Paul Bethany.

She also presented to the court a photo that was allegedly taken on March 22, 2013 after he "tried to burn the photo of her ex-boyfriend". In testimony the day before, Hurd revealed that Depp had accused her of cheating on him with that ex-partner.

Amber claims that this happened after Depp had been using drugs for several days.

To recap, Depp is suing Hurd for $ 50 million for defamation in the 2018 Washington Post article, in which the actress wrote that she was a victim of domestic abuse. However, Depp claims that he was in fact a victim who lost millions of dollars due to her claims and ruined his reputation in Hollywood.

Hurd has filed a $ 100 million lawsuit alleging that the actor destroyed her by calling her a liar.
