World Swimming Federation (FINA) confirmed what the majority of clubs had stated at the extraordinary assembly.

The President of The National Swimming Federation of Northern Macedonia, Goran Stojanovski has been confirmed in international institutions,

A reminder that last year, five months ago, Goran Stojanovski was elected the new president of PFSM with 23 votes and three abstentions.

- After examining your written submissions and requests, including your answers to various questions from the FINA Legal Department and two letters sent by the Olympic Committee of Northern Macedonia from February 21, 2022 and April 20, 2022, and based on the totality of the circumstances for matter and legal principles, the FINA Bureau has decided to recognize the leadership of the National Swimming Federation of Northern Macedonia as elected at the Extraordinary General Assembly held on December 16, 2021.

As a result of the above, the newly elected Board of Directors of the National Swimming Federation of Northern Macedonia is recognized as follows:

- Goran Stojanovski, President
- Aleksandar Filipchev, Vice President
- Ilija Stojanovski, Vice President
- Dalibor Dimovski, member
- Danilo Micic, member
- Mariana Kochovska, member
