- At the beginning of the season, we set out with the goal of surpassing last year's ranking in the round of 16, which we succeeded in doing, but we are motivated to achieve even greater success - ranking in the semi-finals or the final. We hope that next year we will play in the European League, and soon in the Champions League - says the handball player of ZRK Gjorce Petrov, Angela Cvetanovska.
The coach of the club, Sime Simovski, handball players can play for a higher score both tactically and technically.
– We will not stop here, even though this is also a great success. We don't know who we will play in the next round, but we don't stop there, we continue to work and upgrade. These girls who fight for Gjorce Petrov are forgotten by some structures, but here they show that they can play tactically and technically at a high level. Regardless of the fact that this is the third ranking competition, placing in the Top 8 means a lot to us - said Simovski.
