A new eco bus stop with a green and sustainable roof was awarded to the city of Skopje by Halkbank AD Skopje within the bank's commitments and activities for the protection and preservation of the environment, which are implemented through the HalkEco platform.

The new green stop is located in the Municipality of Karposh, opposite the former Alumina factory, and it, apart from having a green roof covered with plants, this time offers the citizens the opportunity to take a packet of seeds from different plants from it.

The first eco stop Halkbank set up in the municipality of Aerodrom in front of the Biser shopping center, as the first and only one of its kind in the country. The stop which was installed almost three years ago and today, apart from offering passengers a nice protection from the weather, is another contribution towards increasing greenery in the capital.

- The green stops are part of the numerous eco activities organized or supported by Halkbank AD Skopje and all of them represent our contribution to enriching the greenery in the country, but also to raising eco awareness and responsible behavior towards the environment. We promote these goals and they are expressed through our HulkEco platform - within which, together with our partner Mastercard, we aim to encourage healthy lifestyles and protect the environment, say the directorate for corporate and marketing communications of Hulkbank.
