Simple to prepare: A low-calorie ice dessert that will replace your favorite ice cream

An excellent dessert which will refresh you like a cold shower. It's very quick to prepare, will instantly satisfy your need for something sweet, and has far fewer calories than your favorite ice cream flavor. You can also prepare it outside the home, because the only device you need is a blender, which can be replaced with an ordinary kitchen knife that will help you cut the raspberries.

INGREDIENTS:

- 250 ml of low-fat yogurt (from the refrigerator so that it is cold)
- 250 g of frozen raspberries
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 lemon

PREPARATION:

Finely chop the frozen raspberries overnight or put them in a blender, then add the cold low-fat yogurt. Add 2 tablespoons of honey and the juice of one lemon. Mix everything again so that the ingredients are well combined.
