"At that time, we were forced to continue the journey with another, private vehicle, whose driver was in fact 'spare', in case the first vehicle did not pass the technical inspection. An ordinary car for five people, and the driver and I were seven, risking our lives on the road several times. "The Bulgarian police stopped us for speeding, and the driver bribed the police with only ten euros!" says Islami.

This company never tries to fix the technical problems of their vehicles, it has no responsibility for the lives of their passengers, says Islami.

"For me, this was the first and last time I traveled with this company, because I witnessed that it has zero responsibility for the lives of passengers!" she adds.
